The difference is Mexican is Tequilla and a Spanish is typically 151Rum. I had a BAD experience with Tequilla at a young/stupid age, and thought I didn’t like it. But, when it is flamed, the alcohol is pretty much burned off. Still no staight shots for this gal, but love a Mexican Coffee!
