Steel path rewards - Arbitration does provide some sort of challenge, while giving (if not great) still waaay better rewards than those mission. Those Steel Path mission need to: Increase drop. Make mission rewards equivalent for mission level. Lowering difficulty won't make it fun nor rewarding, so it ties down to how rewarding are those missions to play.
